2023 SAUVIGNON BLANC
We sourced one ton of grapes from John Albini’s vineyard site just south of downtown Sonoma. Morning fog and a consistent breeze allows this site to have one of the cooler microclimates in the area, allowing for an exceptionally long hang time in 2023. Tropical fruits on the nose are balanced out by prevalent acidity on the palate with density and length on the finish.
